1. Digital Services Refund Policy
- All services provided by CompellaTech are customized and digital in nature, which means they cannot be returned like physical goods.
- Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
- The service was not delivered within the agreed timeline.
- The service provided is materially different from the agreed-upon scope in the project proposal.
2. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund:

- Provide your project details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
3. Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may be offered in cases where part of the project has been delivered and accepted.
- The refund amount will be pro-rated based on the work completed and delivered to the client.
4. Service Modifications
- Clients are encouraged to request modifications during the project timeline.
- Once a project is completed and approved, refunds for changes or revisions are not available.
5. Cancellations
- Project cancellations can be requested before work begins.
- If the project has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
6. No Refunds for SEO & Ongoing Services
- SEO, link building, and other ongoing digital marketing services are subscription-based or long-term projects.
- Refunds are not available once services have been delivered or campaigns have started.
