This Modern Slavery Statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by CompellaTech (“we”, “us”, “our”) to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chains.

1. Our Business

CompellaTech is a UK-registered business providing online and digital services. We operate primarily within the United Kingdom and deliver services remotely to clients.

2. Our Commitment

We are committed to conducting our business ethically, responsibly, and transparently. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, and any form of exploitation.

We are committed to upholding human rights and ensuring that modern slavery does not take place within our business or supply chains.

3. Policies and Governance

To support our commitment, we have the following principles and practices in place:

4. Supply Chains

Our supply chains are limited and primarily consist of:

  • IT and cloud service providers
  • Website hosting and software providers
  • Professional service providers (e.g. legal, accounting, consulting)

We do not operate in high-risk industries such as manufacturing, construction, or agriculture, and we assess the risk of modern slavery within our supply chain as low.

5. Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

We take reasonable steps to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery, including:

  • Working with reputable suppliers and service providers
  • Reviewing supplier practices where appropriate
  • Avoiding suppliers known to breach labour or human rights laws

Given the nature of our business and supply chains, we consider the overall risk of modern slavery to be low, but we remain vigilant.

6. Training and Awareness

As our business grows, we are committed to increasing awareness of modern slavery risks and ensuring that relevant individuals understand their responsibilities.

Where appropriate, we will provide guidance or training to staff and contractors on ethical conduct and modern slavery risks.

7. Reporting Concerns
